How does order processing work?

A) Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase and an estimated delivery date.

B) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What delivery options do you offer?

We provide two shipping options:
• Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days business days from the date of order processing.
• Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of order processing. Additional charges apply for this service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.

How much does delivery cost?

• Standard Shipping – Charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Expedited Shipping – Additional charges apply. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes, we offer local pickup from our Wallan warehouse. If you place an order before 2 PM, your items will usually be available for pickup within 5 hours.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your delivery confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.



What is your return policy?

• Faulty or damaged items – We offer free returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or missing item, contact us immediately.
• Change-of-mind returns – The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders. If you’re a builder or contractor, contact us for a custom quote.
